The C-Series Violin Bows
Compared to the best traditional wooden bows, the C-series violin bows offer 50% more tension. As a result, they bounce perfectly and also allow very powerful playing without ever hitting the strings with the stick. This prevents damage to the bow hair and the sound always remains clean and clear.
With a weight of around 54-55 grams, they are around 10% lighter than conventional wooden and carbon bows. This makes them faster, more comfortable and allows an extremely natural, relaxed and dynamic playing style. Their lower weight is also one of the reasons for their outstanding sound and excellent response.

The sound of the Müsing C-bows is as rich in overtones as the finest wooden bows, just as warm, full and expressive, yet clearer and less noisy. Their ability to modulate allows for extremely colourful and expressive playing. Thanks to their excellent projection, you will have less trouble asserting yourself even in challenging acoustic conditions.
The 4 different classes differ not only in their features but primarily in their sound. The C5 plays in the same league as the best pernambuco bows and is therefore also perfectly suited for professional musicians, not only as a second bow or travel bow, but also for daily use in the orchestra. At the other end of the scale, the C2 is superior to pretty much all "normal" carbon bows in every respect and is comparable to wooden bows at twice the price. The C3 and C4 represent the mid-range with a fantastic price-performance ratio and a sound that even the most demanding musicians will enjoy.
